Summary
The ruins of the city rose up from the ground like shattered teeth, jagged and splintered, biting into the sky with a stark, alien viciousness. A graveyard disturbed, mired fields of churned up earth and chunks of stony rubble. Craters blasted into the pavement, splinters of broken glass glinting between piles of debris like tiny bastard stars– No stone uncracked, no building untouched.
Smokey remnants drifted long between the dimming clouds, thick ribbons of lethargic, billowing ash all black and gunmetal gray, exhaling from toppled buildings like a sigh. Or final breath. It settled over the city’s carcass like a shroud. Like the fog that lingers over the road in the early morning. And everywhere, fires simmered dim and glistening– like clumps of hot coals in a bonfire. Banked, it seemed, from several days of burning, their rage already depleted.
Whatever had happened that night, Amity Park had not gone quietly.

It was fitting that Vegapunk's lab was on Punk Hazard. It felt like the beginning of the end at last: Cora-san's life had been taken in the frozen North, and if Law succeeded then Doflamingo's death would come from events birthed in the same hostile snows. It had an almost dream like symmetry.
Dressrosa itself was a nightmare of chaos in turn, every plan turning awry... yet not to Doflamingo's tune either. Strawhat made as much sense as a dream, one frustrating and baffling and uplifting beyond belief. And you couldn't have both a nightmare and a dream together.
It's the aftermath now, nothing but healing and waiting can be done until they reach Zou. In light of that, Law finds Luffy's chaos continues as much as always, albeit with another unexpected turn.
