“it doesn’t matter. since he’s straight, and you think he’s cool, and you’re just being friendly, then i’m not saying anything else. just be careful.” he says it the way he always says it, like he already knows it’s a safe bet to assume felix isn’t going to listen to him.
“i’ll be careful.”
he doesn’t know why he bothers with the lie.
