   Summary

   After surviving an abnormal meteor shower, four teenagers are left permanently changed.

   Tsukasa and Emu hide their growing powers behind the masked identities of the vigilante Regulus and the magical girl Prismabelle, protecting a city increasingly plagued by impossible phenomena.
