Summary
Rudo and Regto are banished to the pits when he is only ten years old after they are framed for murder. They land in a garbage field of poison air, trash beasts, and a future scraped together from whatever they can salvage.
Nothing was trash to Rudo. Every item is important and he'd fix all of them if he could. How was he supposed to know that they seemed to care about him, too?
Or.. Regto does everything he can for Rudo on the ground even if it means risking it all when they join the Cleaners.

Grappling with the death of his Master and the young boy he'd promised to raise, he didn't have much time to reflect on it. If he fought hard against the rising darkness, he could beat it back and only use the light. If he closed his eyes in front of the mirror, he didn't have to see their new yellow color.
