  Summary

  Billy has asked Steve plenty of times. Mostly as a joke and mainly when he's a couple of drinks deep on the road, when the night's getting late and he's had no luck hooking up in whichever bar the team has chosen to unwind in. He has attempted to sweet talk Steve into it, fluttered his eyelashes and pouted his lips a little, "Come on, Stevie," he'll say, the tone of his voice almost whiny, "I'll repay the favor.” Steve looks at him with an eyebrow raised and takes a sip of his drink as slowly as possible.
