    “No, no I know. I heard you the first time. Jesus Nat-”

    She pinches the bridge of her nose with her free hand, sagging back against the wall of the kitchen.

    “Okay well then why did you-”

    “You know what, nevermind. I’m coming. Don’t go anywhere.”

    “Oh yeah, I’ll be sure to do that. Seriously, Tai - where exactly do you think I’m gonna go?”

    Or: Maybe a post-crash weird best friends with benefits relationship with a lot of BDSM couldn't have *fixed* Tai and Nat, but I like to think it might've helped! At the very least, they sure are having fun.
