Summary
When San left, Wooyoung was only a young prince, forced to grapple with the haunting absence of his first love.
Now King, Wooyoung believes if he cannot find love, he shall at least dedicate his life to righting his father's wrongs.
He doesn't expect his life to change much when he saves a mysterious young man from death. Wooyoung is broken, longing for a love he may never get back—yet Yeosang stays with him. Slowly, Wooyoung rebuilds his shattered heart so that he may place it in Yeosang’s hands.
It all comes crashing down when the King's lost love returns. San isn't dead, and Wooyoung is left to confront what he holds most dear in his past and also his present.

It makes Hongjoong’s heart flutter even though he knows that this is just how Seonghwa is. He can’t help but reach out and tuck a stray piece of raven hair behind Seonghwa’s ear, letting his fingers lightly graze the back of Seonghwa’s neck as he pulls his hand back.
