"No," Buck says, and he can't say this to Eddie right on like this, but Eddie is still holding his face. Still forcing him to look.

Eddie laughs, a soft sweet exhalation. "Why don't you show me?"
Eddie shows up at Buck's apartment after his date with Tommy, ready to mark his territory.

And so Buck gets in Eddie's face. "You tried to get in a literal pissing match with a dog today."
And Eddie goes weird under him. Not stiff, exactly, but like he's trying to angle his body away from Buck without backing down.
"Not a literal pissing match," Eddie says, his voice strained. "I didn't try to hump your leg or steal your new friend or fucking—pee on you to mark my territory or whatever."
Buck just means to tell Eddie he's renting his place. He doesn't mean for the evening to end with him peeing on his best friend to mark his territory.

Summary
Ever since Buck started at the 118, Bobby’s had this talent for making him feel small and stupid. He rarely deploys it now. Buck does his very best not to give him reason to. But right now, Bobby’s giving him that look. So intensely that Buck already internally accepts his clear status as an ex-employee, cause of firing pissing all over his captain’s chair, and wonders where the nearest hole to curl up and die in is.
Because Buck should be running right now. Flat out sprinting to the nearest bathroom. But he’s not. He’s just sitting here. Uselessly.
“Not in my chair,” Bobby orders. Buck stands up like he’s a marionette, his strings controlled by Bobby’s words. “Corner.”
Buck's never had a disciplinary meeting end in a shower before, but after this one he might try to make it a regular occurrence.
