Summary
Joseph looks down at his watch to check the time and if he needs to make a very special appearance tonight, but suddenly, there’s some shouting in the distance and Joseph looks back up only to see a pair of shoes careening toward him as someone dives into the car through the still-open passenger window, shouting, “Drive, idiot!"
Joseph, fortunately quick on his feet, does as he's told. Peeling out of his parking spot, he speeds down the road as Caesar adjusts his position to actually sit in the passenger seat and begins to load his pistol. “Hey, I was just going to check on you! How did it go?”
Caesar glares at him as he forces the cartridge in. “It was going great before you commed me, asshole.”
“Oh,” Joseph mutters, taking a sharp right toward the industrial district, “is that why you hung up?”

Summary
“I can’t believe you keep these next to your bed,” Bunny says once Kotetsu makes it up the stairs, and he pauses his train of thought. For a half-second, he wonders if there’s anything incriminating kept on his bookshelf – and if he did leave anything, it should have been pretty well buried, so how far did Bunny dig? – but once he’s closer, he peeks over Bunny’s shoulder and sees a familiar blue spandex suit.
“Hey! That’s me!”
Bunny’s sprawled on his bed on his stomach, still undressed, magazine spread open on the pillow. “Don’t tell me you reread your old interviews before bed. Is that why you keep them so close?”

Summary
“So what’d you do if I hadn’t picked you up?” Satoru asks, still deflecting. Ryou shifts toward him and a shallow smile tugs at the corners of his mouth.
“I’d probably reach my destination with sheer willpower,” Ryou replies.
Satoru laughs to himself, bringing his cigarette back to his lips. “So I made you go the long way round. Sorry.”

Summary
At first, Kirill feels a pleasant spin. Otherworldly and floating. Warm. It’s a struggle to come back to consciousness, but after a few moments of fight, he wants to see the time, so he stretches out and… bumps into a solid object that shouldn’t be there.
He opens his eyes, sees the wall, and whips his head to look over his shoulder. Too fast. He groans outwardly just as Doug says, “Hey.”
