Summary
“Look,” Changbin starts. “He needs a place to stay, but he doesn’t know where to go. He doesn’t exactly travel if he doesn’t have to. And what’s there in Gangwon besides you?”
I’m the last person Jisung should want to see, Hyunjin almost says, because there’s a reason the only people back in Seoul still making music together is 3RACHA and not Stray Kids. There’s a reason there hasn’t been a Stray Kids in nearly ten years, the same way there’s a reason that a decade-long relationship that was supposed to last for the rest of his life has slipped from his grasp and the ring on his finger no longer fits. It’s because of him.
or: Years after Hyunjin leaves the group and idol life behind, shortly after his marriage implodes, Jisung shows up at his doorstep and tries to understand the answers to the questions he never dared to let himself ask.

So maybe it's a little weird that Changbin likes playing a game with a love interest who looks exactly like Minho. But that's what you get when someone you know and like used to model for an otome game.

Summary
Jisung is an idol, Changbin is his ex, and the record store takes “home is where the heart is” a little too literally.
or: sort of like Howl’s Moving Castle, except it’s Changbin’s Moving Record Store, and it refuses to stay far from where its owner’s heart lies: wherever Jisung goes.

Summary
The ghost of Changbin’s past comes to haunt him on March 24, in the chilly composition room where he had passed out halfway through writing enough lyrics to make up an entire mini-album five minutes ago.
“Don’t exaggerate,” ghost-Seungmin tells him. “I’m not dead. But you could call me just to make sure.”
or: Long-distance relationships are hard. Changbin likes to think he’s good at ignoring this fact, only ignoring the problem means ignoring why it’s a problem in the first place. Seungmin is definitely not helping things, and he’s not even here.

Summary
When Gagwanz first debuted, their claim to fame was that they were two married men making music together. The two grim truths about this, however, were that:
- They had been divorced longer than they were married.
- They were never actually in love with each other to begin with.
At least, as far as Minho was concerned.

Summary
“Sometimes, I think,” Hyunjin paused, voice small. “God, this is so embarrassing, but—I just want someone to take care of me.”
“You’re such a girl,” Changbin teased. But she looked at Hyunjin, and she thought, full of resolve, I’ll take care of you.
or: Stray Kids debuts as JYP’s first self-producing girl group. Changbin tries her best to not cave in under the pressure and her own feelings for Hyunjin.

“It’s just us two,” Changbin points out. “For once. No one’s watching.”
Hyunjin smiles at him. The look in his eyes is resigned. “There’s always someone watching.”
or: Hwang Hyunjin is a member of the award-winning idol group CLÉ, and Seo Changbin is part of the famous underground hip hop trio 3RACHA. The world only knows them as best friends for eight years, and they will never know any better.

Summary
“It’s okay; I have a solution to this.” Hyunjin says. “What we should do, is that we should conform. Agree to the majority. Give the public what they want. All the things you hate.”
“Thank you.” Changbin deadpans.
The younger grins and tightens his grip on Changbin. It occurs to the latter, just then, that Hyunjin is doing this on purpose. There’s a dangerous glint in his eyes, and it makes Changbin queasy. “We should confirm the rumors.”
“Confirm the rumors.” Changbin repeats, trying to figure out what the fuck Hyunjin’s hinting at. “So your solution to the rumors about us dating... is to date.”
“No, not date.” Hyunjin corrects. “Fake date.”
or: in which Hwang Hyunjin (read: soccer team's ace striker and last year's junior prom king) and Seo Changbin (read: disgruntled nobody that's trying to survive his last year of high school) are fake boyfriends for the stupidest of reasons, and love is definitely not one of them. Definitely.

Summary
Felix laughs, much to Hyunjin's shock. “Yeah, they’re really into it, you know?” he says. “All that shipping stuff. Fan culture.”
Hyunjin knows about that. A bit. Ship is short for relationships. It’s a sort of thing that fans do when they see two members act a certain way that reminds them of a couple. They “ship” members because they look like they could be in a relationship. Hyunjin gets it only because of all the dramas he watches and he does it too, mourning relationships of the characters that don’t come to be and rejoicing for the ones that do, and this, what the fans are doing — it’s basically the same thing, except with real people instead of fictional ones.
It’s not a big deal, technically speaking. But—
“They’re talking about us,” Hyunjin points out. “‘Shipping’ us two specifically, with Changbin-hyung.”
or: Shipping ruins relationships. This isn't something Hyunjin realizes until Changbin joins We Got Married.

“No.”
With a frown, Felix sets down the paper. “It’s a brilliant idea.”
“Your ‘brilliant idea’ is to pair Hyunjin up with Jisung. Han Jisung. They were arguing after rehearsals two days ago.”
“Married couples do that sort of thing!”
“They were yelling.”
“Practicing their vocals?”
“About who got to leave the door first?”
or: Felix is determined to get Hyunjin and Jisung to date, Changbin is determined to date Felix, and Hyunjin and Jisung are determined to keep a not-so-little secret.
