Summary
Desperate for a job, Hermione starts working at a small independent book store. It’s odd though. The website doesn’t work, customers never buy anything, and none of her coworkers even have a library card? And why do they have an entire shelf full of just copies of Scarface and The Godfather? If only her boss, Bellatrix, would take her concerns seriously.
Seven times Hermione doesn’t realize she’s working at a money laundering front for the mob and the one time she does.

Notes :
- Not a harem fic. The endgame is a 3 ways relationship.
- Not romance centric (There are a few explicit scenes but not much).
- There is an actual plot. Not your typical time travel fix it where nothing happens.
- Various POV. First part of the book is mostly Hermione. But after chapter 15 or so you start getting a lot of other POVs (Harry, Bellatrix, Peter, Tom, Barty, Albus, Lucius).
- The early chapters are perhaps a bit clumsy. I'd say the story really picks up around chapter 15-20
- Don't hesitate to tell me what you don't like. If you find some things agravating or so. I'm open to criticism.- Language:

Summary
Tasked with playing a role no one else wanted, Hermione Granger is the muggleborn witch that everyone loves to hate. Except Hermione Granger doesn’t exist. Hermione Zabini, however, does. And she is tired of being nice when niceness is not reciprocated. But she’s got bigger problems. Due to Pureblood bureaucratic bs, her soulmate is stuck in an abusive marriage, and the only way out is if the man dies. The Golden Trio is a sham, Dumbledore has let the Ministry run all over Hogwarts, and Hermione is slowly dying.
In the midst of it all, Voldemort has returned, and the War restarts with a vengeance. When another prophecy is discovered, Hermione becomes a threat in the eyes of the Order and a weapon in the eyes of the Dark Lord. Hermione, along with her family and friends, turns the tide of the War unexpectedly by forming a new faction, one where the phrase ‘neither can live while the other survives’ takes on a whole new meaning.
Fate is funny that way.
