Summary
It's been seven years since the night General Kataoka attacked the Capital of Seidou, killing King Sawamura Eiji, orphaning his child, heir to the throne Prince Eijun at age thirteen. The man, having failed to kill the son along with the father, was chased out by the now acting king, General Ugai Kazuyoshi, a known close friend to the late king.
But with Kataoka still in hiding, a following only known as his renegades grow in the shadows, and soldiers are stationed everywhere you look. Within Seidou there is unrest, the civilians divided as fear is enforced from both sides of another approaching uprising.
Tension thickens as the kingdom waits for Prince Eijun to come of age and take his rightful place on the throne
