Cuando Yu Wanyin asiste al funeral del hombre al que una vez llamó "papá", no está sentimental como la lógica mandaría. En cambio, apenas sabe cómo sentirse.
Al dejar aquella ciudad cuando era sólo un niño, dejó tras él varias cosas, como un padre que nunca le prestó atención y un hermano que pudo haber sido la razón. Volver no estaba dentro de sus planes.
Y embarcarse en un viaje por carretera después de un suceso inesperado tras el funeral lo era menos.
O donde Wanyin intenta reconectar con su medio hermano luego de que pasaran gran parte de sus vidas tratándose como dos extraños, al mismo que trata de no avergonzarse frente a un tipo increíblemente amable e ingenuo.

Jiang Cheng's eyes widened. "What?" He replied as he frowned. "Lan Xichen. Last night you were all over me, saying how much you liked me." He sternly said with a glare, putting his crossed arms down on his sides. "And, now, we are just friends?!" His voice got louder. “Lan Xichen, I touched your forehead ribbon, are you not breaking the rules?”

What did Lan Xichen just say? Did he say he didn’t mean it after he fucked him rentlessly repeating the same words in his ear, over and over? 'I like you.'
He stomped over to Lan Xichen. "Lan Xichen... How can we go back to being friends when we just shared a bed?!" Yelled Jiang Cheng, grabbing Lan Xichen from the collar.
