Summary
Mr. Potter is the embodiment of what a perfect husband ought to be. A man with great fortune and bright personality, any woman would be lucky to have a husband such as Mr. James Fleamont Potter. This season was indeed going to be an exciting challenge for any young woman in need to find a match since not only does one of the most amiable men with such great fortune that even his grandchildren would live comfortably; there was also the topic of the Black Brothers being available for a match as well.
Walking into a ballroom with the thought of looking for a woman, it wasn't in Mr. Potter's plans to have his attention snatched by Mr. Regulus Arcturus Black. Was it his air of perfect sight of decorum that caught his eye? Or was it just his perfect features that made him forget about every eligible woman in sight?
With society's eyes and expectations all upon them, what would come out of this attraction that Mr. Potter felt for another man?

Summary
The war had just ended. All thanks to the work of Regulus Black in the shadows.
James and Lily Potter had survived halloween and are about to spend Christmas together as a family with their son, Harry. After hearing the news of the war ending, James had contemplated on thanking Regulus. Hesitant, since the last time that they had talked they were ending things with each other.
