Summary
Valentino and Vox are, yet again, not on speaking terms. Valentino usually deals with it the only way he knows how to… By being even more of an impulsive asshole towards everyone around him, fucking his favorite rebound, and continuing to be utterly oblivious to any valid criticism - until Vox will inevitably realize how stupid he was and come crawling back.
But this time hits him harder than usual - and Angel Dust becomes the unwilling witness to Valentino's mental breakdown - quickly noticing that not being in control of his emotions makes Valentino nothing but even more unpredictable. All he knows is that he’d rather be anywhere else than continuously getting caught up in this never-ending trench warfare the two Overlords refer to as a relationship.

The day his contract with Val was voided he was nervous, he was scared; he remembers that his legs were shaking and he ran the fuck out of the tower before Val even had a chance to reach for his gun. Before he knew it, Angel was across the city with Husk by his side and no chain around his neck. It had been broken, really broken. There was no more studio, no more group sex, no more waterboarding, spanking, beating, no more men ignoring his safe words and his tears and his blood under Val’s direction. There was no more fame. There was no more money. There was no more Val.
