Alicent had never actually seen her. Rhaenyra didn’t go here. Everyone knew that. She was supposed to be studying abroad, or on hiatus, or doing something else the elite did before deciding which part of the empire they’d inherit.
And yet here she was.She looked slightly out of place—not unkempt, just...improvised. Like she’d only decided to be here a few days ago. Her coat wasn’t one of the campus-approved brands, her shoes a little scuffed. But she carried herself with quiet self-assurance, like someone used to rooms stopping when they walked in, even if they didn’t want them to.
