Ginny has been working as a Flying Instructor at Hogwarts for just over a year. At the end of her first year a student’s parents come to complain to her about their kid’s grades. Ginny lost her cool in a big way, and McGonagall told her she could only stay if she went to anger management. It’s been tough, nobody understands Ginny, her therapists have been pigs, and now that she’s on her third she’s been told that she won’t be getting reassigned again. Unfortunately the third one is terrible too, and now Linda wants her to keep a diary.

Summary
So it's after the Epic Fantasy War Against An Evil Lord has ended and been won, and all the exciting stuff has died down. And as people are coming home and rebuilding, one human woman finds herself in the position of having to marry one of the defectors from the Evil Overlord's army, and live with him in his castle full of monsters.
This is fine, probably. It can't hurt, at least. It won't be too strange, maybe.
Everybody will just have to make adjustments.
