The only light in the place came from the torch in his non-dominant hand, its sparks flashing brightly as Ash frantically approached his friend, kicking rocks in his path. It soon illuminated his sickly face as well, along with the blood trickling from his ear.
"No, no, no..." Ashswag blurted out, quickly crouching down to pull him closer. He gently ran his hands over Haiper's head, his fingers getting stained with his blood. Good, it wasn't very deep, just a friction wound from the fall. He must have slid pretty hard on the rocks.
Ashswag tries to take care of HaiperExe after he faints from the effects of radiation.
