Summary
The generally accepted consensus is that heroes have strong, powerful quirks.
By that definition, Midoriya Izuku has such a quirk.
Although…some might question whether the ability to make any kind of food appear out of his hands is suitable for heroics.
But ever since he made dozens of cream buns appear out of his hands as a four-year-old child, Izuku has learnt that heroism is not just beating up villains and looking good for the cameras.
Seeing the plight of many people, including children, often going hungry because society, including heroes, has failed them in every sense of the word, Izuku sees it as his moral duty to ensure that no one goes through their days on empty stomachs.
It may not be the traditional path to heroism, but in the eyes of the people he serves, Izuku is already more a hero than those who occupy the top rankings, or are glamorised on screens.
And a certain rodent in the top heroics school in the country has begun to take notice.
