Steve Harrington is fine. Really.
Eddie Munson doesn’t care. At all.They keep ending up in the same places anyway. Late shifts, long nights at Family Video that stretch a little too far.

Until it very much isn’t.OR
With everyone else gone for college, Steve and Eddie are what’s left of Hawkins. What starts as shared boredom turns into something messier, too much (awkward) time spent together, too many things left unsaid, and a slow, inevitable falling out that neither of them knows how to stop.
(they’re sort of friends, then they get closer and then royally fuck it up all at once. lots of misunderstandings and absolutely no communication, now with a side of eventual friends-enemies-lovers!!)
