Laughed away by the captain, the coin diminished by an ill-advised attempt to drown his sorrows in drink, and dragged back to his master's shop by a watchman, he thinks he knows how things will go from here.

Summary
It has become common for the Witcher schools to enter agreements with the nobility. These arrangements have always been sealed with money or goods, but the nobles of Kerack request something more traditional from the Wolves- a wedding.
In an attempt to bridge the gap between himself and his future husband, and hopefully avoid complete disaster, Eskel decides to include a personal letter with the official missive. He struggles to find the right words, and is convinced he's going to make a terrible first impression.
