The first time Electra met her, she could barely look them in the eye. The first time they kissed her, they felt her freeze, as though she would vanish the moment their lips left hers. The first time they brought up sex, she simply stared at them, fingers clenched around the fabric of her skirt. It had taken quite a while, but Mooncake had come a long way in articulating her desires without the ever-present spectre of shame digging its claws into her chassis. Electra had taken to calling her Moonie within minutes of them really talking with her, all of her disguises gone. They hadn’t given her any reason to suspect that they knew she was hiding something.
