"Really, is everything okay?" Hongjoong asked quietly, afraid of the hybrid getting angry.
"I'm in my rut, do you know what that is?" Seonghwa answered breathlessly, afraid that he would open his eyes to face the explorer and his instincts would consume him.
"Oh!" Hongjoong took a closer look at the hybrid. His body was completely covered in sweat, despite the cold wind coming from outside, he was breathing hard, his face flushed, and his legs were tucked up hiding his hard-on. "Can I help you in any way? Since I invaded your space in this moment of vulnerability."
"I don't think you'll be able to keep up with me, human." Seonghwa scoffed, looking Hongjoong up and down.

Rising from his bed, he walked to the window, hoping only to observe the peacefulness of the costumed children playing. A faint smile curved his lips as he saw small groups of children running from door to door, their laughter bringing a fleeting sense of peace. But then, as his gaze drifted across the street, his body froze.
Captain was there.
The unmistakable figure, with his blood-red mask, stared back at him from the shadow of a tree. The night seemed to envelop him like a cloak, his body almost blending into the darkness except for the mask’s eerie glow, standing out against the dark background. His eyes—at least the intensity he projected—were fully fixed on Seonghwa. The small smile that had been on Seonghwa’s face moments earlier disappeared instantly, replaced by a growing sense of dread creeping up his spine.

He knew that he was too deep into all of this, but he didn’t want to stop. Even as the guilt was slowly chipping away at his resolve, he wanted to do it again. He wanted Seonghwa with every fiber of his being, needed him more than he needed air. He was already looking forward to the next time he would be able to do this.
