    She would be okay with the idea of a friend, if she was not sure that her entire world would come to an end if she lost Kate Bishop. Because Yelena always loses the people who matter most.

    Or: glimpses in time that span across many months of Yelena pining for Kate. I gave Yelena her own pov and we're hanging on for the ride.
