Zhang Hao finds himself kind of liking the idea of it. Of being…traditional like that. Of Hanbin coming home from another stressful day at work, exhausted from being the terminal people-pleaser that he is, while Zhang Hao can treat him to an evening of relaxation. Relaxation is a word that doesn’t crop up often in Hanbin’s vocabulary. He thinks it’s time to change that.

“Uhm, and well, no, not exactly. I’m single,” Hanbin supplies, lowering his palm.
His eyes land on the collectibles laying on Hao’s dresser. They’re photocards from a male celebrity Hao is more than obsessed with, showing him in various poses and cute garments.
In a flash, there’s a daring smile playing at his lips, like he’s privy to some information Hao is yet unaware of. It makes Hao jittery.

Summary
The corners of the guy’s dark eyes crinkle and his nose scrunches as he smiles at Hanbin’s obvious lie. He doesn’t say anything about it and instead, downs a good portion of his own glass while staring Hanbin down. “I’m Hao, by the way.”
“Oh, cool! Very nice name.”
A beat of silence. Another. Hanbin knows he should’ve replied with his own name but now it’s too late. He’s just standing there awkwardly, waiting for the moment to pass.
Hao throws back his head in his loudest laugh yet. Then, he fixes Hanbin with a look, mirth dancing in his eyes. “And your name is?”
Hanbin lets out a breath. “Hanbin. It’s Hanbin.”
