Summary

This goes much better than risk assessment expected, and it makes some new friends, discovers things about itself, and forms a heated rivalry with an obnoxious user in the anonymous response thread who, despite vehement protests, comes to be known as the SecUnit Fucker.

Summary
ART said, more cautiously than I was used to from it, This is more akin to physical touch than what you usually find tolerable.
I knew that, but I didn’t like thinking about it. It was fine.
ART took me at my word for it, and having it squish me became part of the things we did when I was anxious or plagued by stress toxins in my system. Sometimes I asked it to do it even when I was feeling okay. It was a nice feeling. At the time I thought of it as comfortable and relaxing. Without someone physically present touching me, it registered more like the pressure of being underwater, and that just didn’t repulse me like touching skin did.
It’s true that it was relaxing, but the reason I liked it so much was secretly that it felt good. I hadn’t even admitted it to myself at the time, but I kept asking ART to squeeze me, and eventually things escalated.

Of course I want to, ART-drone said with sudden vehemence, raw and almost despairing. You wanted me, not just Perihelion or the sex drone. How was I ever going to say no to that? But I’m just not built for this. I don’t have the resilience required. I don’t think there’s any point to discussing it further.

I sent ART the edited file along with a snapshot of my recent haptic sensor logs, which mostly looked like [deleted] [deleted] [deleted].
ART took a moment to process that. Your difficulty with physical touch extends beyond merely touching or being touched by humans, it surmised.
I guess, yeah. I bristled at calling it a ‘difficulty’: it wasn't hard to touch things, I just didn't like doing it. But I had a system for dealing with that, so whatever, it wasn't an issue.

“I am going-" I grab it by its stupid costume lapels and slam it into the ground, again and again, going on what has to be the fifth time. "- to make you shut up-" I land hit after hit on it, fists connecting with its face in wet crunches. "If it's the last fucking thing I do!"
The last punch breaks its nose with an unpleasant snap. It grunts and bucks under me, before going limp again. Its fingers spasm in their death grip on my hips, right along the augment seam, and I. Don't know what to think about that.
I pant harshly, fingers still fisted in its collar, and my other hand planted firmly beside its head. I'm waiting for it to do something, anything, in retaliation. I'm just waiting for it to fight back.
The only thing it does is let its face split in a slow grin. It lets out a low, wheezing chuckle. "I hope it is."__
