Mike stepped closer anyway, crowding him until Will’s back brushed the door. His hand landed at Will’s shoulder, thumb pressing into the flesh above his collarbone.
“Did you let him see them?” Mike added, quieter. Meaner. “The panties.”
Will’s breath stuttered.
OR
Mike finds a pair of panties in Will's laundry and slowly spirals.

“Hi,” he said softly, too softly. This was going to hurt.
“Hi,” I whispered, barely audibly.
His thumb lifted to my lips, outlining them. I tried to hide the shiver that ran through my body, but it was no use. Mike noticed. He always noticed.
“I missed you,” he said as he placed his other hand on my waist, pulling me closer.
I felt the tears fall from my eyes before I realized I was crying. Fuck. I tried to turn away, tried to get rid of them before Mike saw them. It was no use. His hand on my chin lifted and wiped at the tears- now overflowing.
“Why are you crying, baby?” he asked in the sweet voice that I knew he used when he wanted to comfort me.

Work was hell, as usual. A twelve-hour shift full of rude customers and an incoming headache, added to the fact that Steve knows Eddie’s been waiting around at home all day. Safe to say Steve is in a shitty mood.
So when he gets home, and Eddie’s not in the living room waiting for him, Steve’s mood gets even worse.
