Summary
After Peter looks through Stiles' memory during the Nogitsune arc his mind connects with the younger's in a way that makes him able to hear his thoughts. He only realizes this after the Nogitsune is destroyed and he starts to hear the sound of the teen's voice in his head. Peter is subject to all of the teen's self deprecating thoughts as Scott pushes him out of the pack and self-hate eats him alive. As the Spark comes into his power, Peter and Chris have to figure out if they can work together to help their boy get back on track.

'Are you drunk?' The incredulous tone painting the usually dry voice made him pause as he squinted at him,
'What? No, why would I be drunk Peter?'
He just raised an eyebrow and took an overly exaggerated sniff of the air and it was then Stiles realised he absolutely reeked of booze.
'It's Daniel's.' He said in lieu of an explanation of why he smelt like it.
'Whose Daniel?'
Laughter bubbled from his chest as he bent double, heaving for oxygen,
'You- You don't know-' He was struggling to get the words out through the giggles when a heavy hand clapped down on his shoulder, making him stand straight and go rigid.

Summary
After Stiles' mother dies, John moves on quickly. Someone would say too quickly, as he marries Melissa a year after Claudia's death. Melissa and Scott move in, and Stiles is exited. He will have a brother, he will have a mother figure in his life. But he quickly learns what a new family looks for his father. Stiles is the too loud kid, the kid who never stays still, the kid you have to apologize for even before anything happens. Scott is the golden son, the favourite.
