Summary
The rain hit the window as she looked out. She had finished her work 10 minutes ago. She was watching the rain race down the window as best as she could from sitting in the middle row.
“Sakura-chan”, Iruka’s voice snaps her back to reality, “Can you answer?”
Sakura looks at the chalk-board and sees a simple chakra diagram and a leaf.
“What is the question again?” She asks as sincerely as possible.
“How would one pick up a leaf using only chakra?”
Sakura gave a very automatic response, as she has answered these types of questions all the time. She normally is the one to raise her hand, but today she hasn't raised her hand once. She has been too busy looking outside at the rain. It is the first rainfall of the season. She usually likes to sit at home with her mom on the back porch watching and listening to the rain fall until dad gets home. But today mom wasn’t home, and dad was the one to give her her lunch as she left for school.
“That is correct Sakura-chan, you do circulate…” Iruka’s words became white noise to Sakura as she looked back out the window.[this is my take on an "Uchiha Sakura" fic. hope you like it :)]

In which Sakura goes back in time - but it is to the exact moment when her newly appointed sensei opens the classroom door and a chalk-covered eraser falls on his head.
How do you save the world and your loved ones when they’re constantly breathing down your neck? Did her sensei always have nothing better to do besides meddling in others' business before the war? Was her former academy teacher always this perceptive? Had her home always been under the order of such evil men? And…did no one else see the ghosts or hear the trees?

Summary
Sakura has had a very productive 24 hours. First, she helped end the war against a goddess that terrorized the land and killed a bunch of her favorite people, then she flung herself in between her fighting teammates (ex-teammates?) to prevent them from killing each other (#SacrificeIsSexy) most likely retraumatizing her ex-sensei, and finally, before she can die properly she's swallowed by a black hole and dumped in an emaciated 8 year-olds body in the middle of the forest with no chakra.
Things are going great. :D
