    It follows the story of Eloise and Theo after the end of season 2 of the TV series The Bridgertons.

    After Lady Whistledown published the scandal of Eloise mingling with someone below her status, Eloise doesn't want to hear about Penelope again.
    And even though she knows she shouldn't for both their sakes, the temptation to see Theo will be too much to bear. Whatever happens, Eloise knows too well that she is the one in control of her fate and when things get steamy, she is also the one holding the reins.

    *The title is an inspiration from the song "There's no way" by LAUV and Julia Michaels. I thought the lyrics fitted the story for these two.
