Summary

Summary
There were a lot of expectations that came with being the heir to the Noble House of Black. Not once was Vela Black allowed to forget. Having been confiscated from her mother at birth to ensure an heir would emerge for the House of Black, Vela had paved her path in the wizarding world without family, only the educators appointed to her by her extended family.
Hogwarts is something new, something grossly different from the world Vela has always known. Yet, perhaps there is some comfort in knowing there is a world outside of the brick and mortar of Borough of Islington.
Theodore Nott has not had the same luxury of lack of familial presence. Whilst all he knows of his mother is what he has learned through pictures and stories, his father has stood over his shoulder from the day Theodore was born.
The beauty in stars is how the come together to shine bright stories into the night sky. Perhaps the tale of Theodore Nott and Vela Black will do something similar.

Ophelia Selwyn wondered if it was too late to choose a life as a fugitive. Her previous concerns about where she would go or how she would survive all on her own were looking more and more unimportant and attainable. Anything would be better than being betrothed to Theodore Nott.
At least she knew the feeling was reciprocated.
