Summary
Gojo stood facing away from the door, looking out the window as if the darklit moon held the answers he sought. He didn’t look back at Nanami. In fact, he didn't react to his entrance at all.
“Is this where you've been hiding from Yaga?” Nanami asked lightly. He might as well been asking the air because the man in front of him didn’t so much as twitch.
Uneasiness unfurled within him at the lack of response. He hadn’t seen this version of him since Geto first defected but by then their relationship hadn't been the closest. It was a painful reminder to him that Geto had taken more than just himself that day. He'd also taken half of Gojo's heart.
Geto's plan failed but Nanami finds the pieces of Gojo in the aftermath.

Summary
He’s not wearing bandages when he gets home. He left the apartment with fresh bandages wrapped around his eyes, holding his hair in place. It falls over his forehead now, frames his face. Droops. Like the rest of him.
Megumi has his feet up on the table in the kitchen. The lights are off. They’re never usually on, because Gojo’s eyes are sensitive and Megumi prefers the shadows, but it feels darker than usual somehow. Maybe it’s just Gojo’s energy, the emotions he never shows pounding at Infinity like they can somehow get out.

Or, Megumi stays up late waiting for Gojo to get home after Geto's attack on the city. They talk exactly as much as you'd expect.

Okkotsu brought her here at her insistence. Teleported her to the battlefield along with him, so that he could focus on getting right of Mahoraga while she healed Gojo. He couldn’t do both at once. Taking a body apart was trivially easy. Putting it back together was an art that required precision—he couldn’t do that with the untamable shikigami rampaging across Shinjuku, bound to Sukuna’s whim and will. She would do it. His expertise was needed elsewhere.
Shoko trusted no hands but her own to work on him. The last of her classmates—of her friends.
