Finishing the washing up calms her for a moment, and she reminds herself why she wants this. It’s not the apathy that appeals, it’s the freedom of being completely objectified. There are no expectations to live up to nor assumptions to defy. She trusts him enough to know that respect doesn’t need to be earned anymore. It’s a given. She doesn’t have to be the perfect woman or the perfect agent - or somehow both - to prove her worth to him. She just has to enjoy herself, knowing that she can stop him any time she wants.
