The way Ryuk sees it, it's a mutually beneficial deal here to turn Light into a vampire too. And how interesting will it be when Light takes center stage to begin his new world order?
Interview with a Vampire/Death Note cross over. Also mildly inspired by my re-reading of dracula? Basically what if Light was a vampire with the powers of Lestat? And what if L was only a human who was clever enough to actually cause Light some problems on his road to world domination?
