Summary
Jason cursed as they passed the same boulder for what seemed to be the hundredth time.
He glared balefully at a passing butterfly. His body was growing painfully hot underneath his armor due to the sickeningly sticky summer air, fingertips crackling with embers and infected with the all-encompassing need to burn the damn forest down.
Except that he couldn't. This forest was as sacred as it was dark, and Jason rather fancied living out his second life than not.
So.
“So,” Jason said. “We're lost.”
or: dick grayson was a prince and jason todd was his guard. the fact that they ended up lost in a forest ridden with curses is way out of jason's jobdesk, actually.

How he loves him. How he really, really loves him. And has since he was fourteen.

Jason puts down the razor. His face is clean-shaven now but the haunted expression on his face makes him look older than he should.
Dick’s chest twists. He thinks all of sudden he doesn’t want Jason to become a man if it means he has to look that tired and angry and sad. He reaches up to touch a hand to the warm, smooth skin of Jason’s cheek, turns Jason’s face to look at him.
“It’s not too late for us, Jay. We’re still growing up. Both of us. We’ll figure things out. We’ll be OK.”
