Summary
The fourth Harbinger is throwing a ball. It’s the kind of nonsense they can get away with, since the third—who usually smothers the fourth’s ludicrous ideas in the cradle—is stationed in Sumeru and can’t intervene. Pierro, like the worst kind of indulgent father, loves it when someone else invents activities for the Harbingers to bicker and backstab each other over, so he only encourages them.
Scaramouche has no choice but to grin and bear it.

Summary
There was a strange silhouette outside, wide at the top then narrow, like an arrow pointing to the sky. The silhouette was floating, that’s what made it difficult to decipher.
A cool, clean feeling swept through Childe, and he suddenly didn’t feel the agony of his body at all.
“It’s you.” His voice cracked, came out barely above a whisper.
The silhouette was a man, hovering a few feet above the ground, hands raised at his sides to steady himself. His face was as pale and bloodless as the moon. In a soft, musical voice he said, “For fuck’s sake—where are your clothes?”

Summary
The Eleventh of the Fatui Harbingers stood with a knife in hand and a small, self-satisfied smile on his face. It was a familiar sight, but one made strange by the circumstances; he stood in a bright, clean kitchen, and he was wearing an apron.
How to keep the wolf from the door, or five times Childe fed him and one time Scaramouche returned the favour.

Summary
“Oh?” Childe’s brows disappear behind the tangled mess of his fringe, “Is it that sort of evening?”
“It could be,” Wanderer licks his lip, feeling flayed open by the naked interest in Childe’s face. “If you want it to be.”
It’s as much a way out as Wanderer can offer. If it were— if they were— In another place, at another time, Childe would grin that shit eating grin of his and take it as a gauntlet thrown.
The Childe before him just laughs, bright and easy. Here and now, he takes it as an invitation.
