  Summary

  If Tubbo truly wants to get out of here, he needs his documents and ID. He had thrown them in his bag the second he found them; His dad didn't have the foresight to hide them, leaving them on the kitchen-living room-bedroom table to collect coffee stains. That leaves clothes and sentimentals.
