The tribrid’s usual weekend tradition involves brooding somewhere in the safety of the school premises, not showing up to impromptu off-campus gatherings.
But Josie had been dumped by Penelope Park only hours before that invitation landed in her lap, and honestly? She couldn’t bring herself to care about much of anything.

Kate never expected to become Hawkeye. Sure, she was good with a bow and atlethic and a quick thinker, but training with The Clint Barton and occasionally lunching with the Avengers? She'd never seen that one coming, but she sure as hell wasn't complaining. Except for the part where some Russian goons thought she knew more than she did and dropped her in a cell in the middle of... well, probably somewhere, but not anywhere close to home. And really, she doesn't know shit, she's only twenty-two, and Clint did _not_ train her for Russian prison and torture. She knows she just has to hold on until he comes to get her, but can she do that?
Daisy has been stuck here for some time. She knows exactly how long it's been, but it's not like that matters much anymore when it's been over a year. In all that time, her life has stayed the same, a routine she'd really love to call boring, but she knows Jemma would scold her for it. Imagine her shock when she gets a brand new cellmate and she turns out to know her, be it only by name. And with her arrival comes a bout of hope and life that she's so not ready to deal with. How about she just focusses on getting Kate out of here? That seems like a good place to start.
