Summary
Maeve Potter, seventeen years old and is the Durmstrang Triwizard Champion. She is forever behind the shadow of her younger brother, battling the demons that tell her she will never be good enough. The ones who plague her when she is awake and haunt her dreams. Even in death, that is all she ever is and ever will be: Harry Potter’s sister. She wasn’t just the second favourite, she was forgotten entirely.
She was alone her whole life, seeking the three words every child craved, yet she never heard directed at her. This only made her stronger, perceived perhaps as dragging her down. Maeve’s story will be remembered apart from that of her brother - yet she will not live to see it. Or at least, Maeve won’t.
She finds out everything she has ever known is a lie. Her parents didn’t love her because she wasn’t the boy who lived - they chose not to love her because she is not their daughter. She is not a Potter at all; but a Black.

Summary
Upon the untimely death of James and Lily Potter, Sirius Black and his fiancée, Nicasia Lestrange, are left grief-stricken. They can only think of one solution where the war still ends while James and Lily live. They chose to sacrifice themselves for their friends. Their reasoning was that Harry could still have his parents and his sister could still be born. However, every noble deed does not come without a cost and young Adhara Black, orphaned before she was even born, would be the one to pay the price.
This story follows Sirius and Nicasia (Cassie)’s sacrifice, the aftermath and what happens when you defy fate and irreparably change time.
