Summary
Em um universo pós-apocalíptico cyberpunk, Elphaba (A Bruxa) é uma hacker anarquista que sabotou a Emerald Corp. inúmeras vezes, em sua luta para libertar Oz das amarras da ditadura do Mágico e seu império. Glinda Arduenna, herdeira da corporação, foi criada para odiá-la e para ser o rosto da grandeza por trás do império Emerald.
Em uma tentativa de provar seu valor e mostrar que é mais que um rostinho bonito e um peão nos esquemas em Oz, Glinda acaba descobrindo a verdade sobre seu pai, O Mágico.
Juntas (Glinda e Elphaba) vão descobrir segredos de Oz e sobre suas vidas, enquanto tentam lidar com todos os sentimentos e sensações que a aproximação indesejada das duas irá causar. O problema? Elphaba odeia Glinda e não acredita que a "princesinha de colarinho branco" é incapaz de trair o próprio sangue.
