Hikari wasn't sure if the other Ultras dreamed as he did. Despite his scientific curiosity in the subject, it wasn't a topic he was interested in broaching with others of his kind. If they didn't dream as he did, it would imply yet another marked difference between himself and the others around him. There were enough of these.
