Fuck, Regulus thought, I need to ravish this man.
After a tragic accident that leaves him changed forever, incubus Regulus Black finally breaks ties with his parents and tries to make his own way in the world. While managing to reconnect with his estranged brother and only feeding when strictly necessary, Regulus’ path crosses with James Potter’s, a musical journalist that Sirius has hosted on his radio show a few times. Not that Regulus would ever admit to listening to that crap.
And James makes Regulus so hungry.
The scars from past wounds haven’t been stitched up yet, though, barely even scabbed over, and the guilt of that tragic accident is still slowly eating Regulus alive. How is he supposed to stay on his feet and find his way when the world is always threatening to rip his sanity from his cold hand through his own damned hunger?
What’s worse, Regulus is terrified that James might actually see him because the last person who truly understood Regulus ended up dead.
