“This is Achilles,” Nyx explains, gesturing to the shade with an elegant twist of her hand. “Your father has retained him to serve as your weapons tutor.”
Achilles glances sharply at Nyx, who simply raises an eyebrow, then he looks back at Zagreus, who gazes up at him with unbridled excitement before he remembers himself and says “It’s an honor to meet you, Achilles, sir.”

Summary
Zag is determined to make sure Achilles and Patroclus have a way to communicate; for discretion's sake, classic note-passing seems promising. But somebody has to pass the notes - and the Underworld isn't kind to scraps of paper, or to those trying to carry them past its various perils.

If there’s one trait that persists beyond life, it’s Achilles’ stubbornness. He won’t accept ‘no’ as an answer, will he?
“Fine, but you best behave.”
“When have I- you know what, never mind.”
Patroclus and Achilles watch one of Zagreus' battles in Elysium. That's how it starts, at least.
