    Bringing someone back to life was not easy. There was the part where a deceased’s family, friends or lovers had to undergo the difficult task of collecting the pieces of their soul. This was only successful if the departed person was willing to return and the person collecting the soul pieces was able to return from the Ghost Realm alive. Master Huaizui had explained these terms to Chu Wanning’s disciples but he didn’t tell them everything.
