Among the rabble of yet another ballroom filled with Fontainian renowned, Omega Wriothesley caught the attention of prime alpha Neuvillette with his tantalizing scent that coincidental evening. It was a mere brush in passing, but Neuvillette was captivated nonetheless.
Try as Chief Justice might to focus on his duties of the social evening, his attention clawed its way back repeatedly to the dark haired omega. Neuvillette considered if Wriothesley was unaware of an oncoming heat from how fixating the scent was, but the longer he watched, the more obvious it became that no other alpha seemed to be reacting like himself.
