Summary
It had been 2 years after Dazai had left the Port Mafia. Two whole years. Chuuya doesn’t understand why in the world he is still thinking about him, nor does he know why Dazai was resurfacing just now; working with the Armed Detective Agency, to boot.
Chuuya knows his colleagues are worried for him, and he appreciates the gesture; and despite him constantly telling said colleagues and himself that he was fine and didn’t miss Dazai in the slightest (which was a lie), they were still constantly asking questions.
But what happens when Chuuya’s coping mechanisms get out of hand and the only person that shows up at his doorstep is said traitor himself..?

Chuuya struggles with his addiction and Dazai is there to help him through it and angst follows

Wet and alive, it makes his heart skip a beat, electricity crackling on his skin. Makes him feel like he could hold his breath forever.
“Shou,” he exhales into Shouto’s mouth. Like a spell breaker, the nickname gives both of them pause. Reflexively, they break away from each other, and Katsuki is crashed with the realisation of just how badly he’s fucked up.
Katsuki is dared to kiss the prettiest person in the room. He kisses Shouto.

It goes like this: Katsuki’s feelings for the stupid Half ‘n’ half bastard are an indefinable thing somewhere in the realm of rivals-but-not-enemies and friends-but-not-platonic, all of which Kirishima says leaves a pretty obvious conclusion, which Katsuki ignores. This lasts for a fairly solid period of time, until one of their last nights back at UA, when Katsuki fucks up inconceivably, and actually goddamn kisses the bastard.
It goes like this: Todoroki never says a word about it, so Katsuki doesn’t either. If they’re pretending it never happened—or if, fuck, Todoroki somehow managed to forget—then that’s -- fine. Fucking peachy, even.
Doesn’t ache at all.
Love, sometimes, is too big to speak of.

"He's good," Aizawa says, unbothered by the venom in Katsuki's tone. "Better than good. He's very thorough unlike some, he's smart, and he doesn't make stupid mistakes. You could learn something from him."
