Summary
The blindfold is unceremoniously yanked off and the game begins.
Felix expects a moment of blindness at the sudden flood of light, but as he blinks, he finds the room is softly lit by the glow of dozens of white candles. It might be romantic, if he weren’t tied to a chair. Scattered around the room – spread across the floor, taped to the walls – Felix sees photos of himself, each of them candids of him doing mundane things, seemingly unaware of the fact he was being photographed. Some are blurry, like they were hastily taken; others are crystal clear with Felix artfully framed in a perfect shot.
He doesn’t have much time to look at them or process their meaning before a firm grip on his chin forces his gaze up. “Admiring my work, beautiful?”
