“Kento, where are you?” Haibara asked, the concerned tone clear in his voice.
“I had to take care of a few things. I’ll be home in a few hours,” Nanami lied, biting his lip with guilt.
“Are you okay? Do you need me to help you with anything?” Haibara questioned further, trying to pry information out of Nanami.
