Quincy and Arthur have a tension between them that cannot be explained in any heterosexual way, and the Drifter has very much picked up on this. They'll probably get punched for this by one or the other, but it's time for them to play Cupid a bit for their own best friend and finally thank him for his wingman skills.
For all their intuitiveness, however, they've failed to pick up on the massive crush that Quincy has had on them for years at this point.

Arthur let out a groan, which immediately became the most embarrassing thing he’d ever done—way worse than that time Eleanor had pantsed him in year seven—and by Sol, he was making this weird, wasn’t he? He stole a glance at Dee’s face to check their reaction, who turned out to be in the process of stealing a glance at his face (probably checking to make sure he wasn’t about to be violently ill). The unexpected eye contact made his cheeks flood with heat, which made everything worse. He hadn’t blushed like that in a decade, at least.
