Shinsou Hitoshi can't sleep. When he was in General Studies, no one understood why someone like him had insomnia. "What are you afraid of?" They'd pry. Shinsou never told them. It wasn't worth explaining to someone who wouldn't understand. But when insomnia strikes an hour past midnight, Shinsou ventures into the common room, seeking a distraction.
That distraction happens to be named Kaminari Denki, and unlike the General Studies class, he has insomnia too.
